Founder of TEEN, Ritesh Varmak is a dynamic young student at the International School Hyderabad where he has opted for subjects like Math, AI, and Business Management to broaden his understanding of how these disciplines intersect in real-world settings. Rising from his keen interest in pursuing a future within Economics, Ritesh is especially drawn to questions around accessibility, equality and long-term impact. When not devoting time to his academics, Ritesh actively engages in extracurriculars like playing the drums and participating in a myriad of team sports like Football, Basketball and Volleyball. This combination of music and athletics alongside his genuine passion for learning and collaboration is what has helped him build a sense of discipline and leadership. TEEN was thus born from Ritesh’s desire to channel his interests into something meaningful and build a space that helps teenagers like him, who may not have had similar opportunities, navigate their higher-education journeys with more clarity, confidence and support.
